SailMOB is a sailing racing simulator made by Ventus Optera, LLC. If something is broken, confusing, or wrong about the sailing, we want to hear it. This page is the fastest way to reach a human.
Email hello@sailmob.co. One person reads that inbox. Expect a reply within two business days.
It helps to include: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and your device and iOS version.
Menu → Report Bug. This attaches a snapshot of the race state — boat positions, race phase, recent inputs — so we can reproduce it without a back-and-forth. It is the single most useful thing you can send us.
Send it via Report Bug during or right after the race. Rules and physics reports get read first; the snapshot lets us replay the exact incident.
The glossary covers the racing vocabulary the game uses — layline, VMG, water at the mark, port and starboard.
No, and during this beta there is no way to make one. The current build has no sign-in — every race, drill, and setting works anonymously, and nothing is stored against your name.
If you created an account in an earlier web beta, sign-in state carries over: open Menu and use Delete my account. It removes the account and unlinks the reports you submitted. Otherwise there is no account to delete — email hello@sailmob.co and we will confirm nothing is held.
No. SailMOB is free during the beta and there is no purchase in the app.
